Click Book Online to open the clinic diary in a new tab. Choose your appointment type, clinician and time, then pay securely by card. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.
If you are not sure which appointment you need, or you are claiming through private medical insurance, please contact the clinic instead of booking online.
Pay when you book
The appointment fee is taken up front by Stripe. The slot is only held once payment succeeds.
Changes by phone
Online bookings cannot be edited after payment. Call 028 8775 0453 to change or cancel.

The online diary shows available times only. Reception can still help if nothing suitable appears.
How Online Booking Works

Enter your details and pay the appointment fee.
Confirmation
You will get an email. Add it to your calendar if you wish.
Before You Book
- Use the same name, date of birth and email we already have on file if you are an existing patient.
- Insurance and Bupa bookings should be made by phone so the fee is not taken privately by mistake.
- If the diary looks empty, we may be booked for that month. Try the next month, or call us.
- To change or cancel after paying, call 028 8775 0453. Refunds are handled by the clinic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I pay when I book?
Yes. Payment is taken in full before the appointment is confirmed. It is processed securely through Stripe — the same system we use in the shop.
Can I change my booking online?
No. Once payment has been taken you cannot edit the time, clinician or service yourself. Please phone 028 8775 0453 and we will move or cancel it for you.
What if I pick the wrong appointment type?
Call the clinic and we will correct it in the diary where we can. If you are unsure before you book, ring 028 8775 0453 and we will point you to the right type.
I have private medical insurance. Should I book here?
Please call us rather than booking online. The online diary takes the private clinic fee, which may not match how your insurer needs the appointment recorded.
There are no times showing. Are you closed?
The page only shows gaps that are free in the clinic diary. If a month looks empty we are likely booked. Try the following month or phone us — reception can still advise.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. After payment you should receive a confirmation email. Check junk mail if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
